Apophysis and Fractals - First Render

OK, so after a nightmare of trying to work out how to "export" a render I liked I followed a tutorial and discovered I only had to press RENDER 
Anyway, its not quite where I wanted to go with the application but Im quite pleased with the result, I didnt set off wanting to make wheat but thats what I ended up with and dont ask me how I got there!
Post work in Photoshop and FilterForge.
